We are looking for physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists and rehab specialists who want to take their clinical experience online and help build a global brand. Job Info:
- Job Type: Full time
- Pay: $60,000 to $85,000 per year
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday when needed)
- Experience needed: 2 to 3+ years in a clinical, rehab or medical setting working with neurological conditions and post surgery recovery

Requirements:
- A qualification in physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, kinesiology or a related clinical field
- Hands on experience with neurological conditions (stroke, Parkinson's, MS, spinal cord injury or similar)
- Experience coaching clients through post surgery rehab (joint replacements, spinal surgery, ACL and similar)
- A genuine passion for helping people hit their goals and have a great experience
- Able to pick up and implement a specific coaching method
- Great communication skills and emotional intelligence, especially with clients who are nervous to move
- Tech savvy with tools like Everfit, Zoom, Loom and Slack
Responsibilities:
- Performing bi weekly check ins and providing updates to clients on a regular basis
- Having 1:1 calls with clients on a regular basis
- Supporting clients with medical histories and adapting programs safely
- Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively
- Building a positive community with your clients and holding them accountable

Experience:
- Clinical or rehab experience: 2 to 3 years (Required)
- Neurological or post surgery clients: (Required)
- Remote work: 1 year (Preferred) or prior coaching experience using tools like Everfit, Trainerize and Zoom
- Solid visual presentation
