Job Role: MA Early Years Practitioner
Reports to: Nursery Team Leader
Responsible for:
Our MA Practitioners are responsible for providing a high standard of learning, development, and care for our children, which is steeped in the knowledge of attachment theory and early brain development. Supported by our Nursery Manager, Deputy Nursery Managers, and Team Leaders, our team will nurture environments that are emotionally and physically safe. You will be supported as you undertake your Modern Apprenticeship, leading to becoming a qualified Early Years Practitioner.
Lullaby Lane Nurseries
Lullaby Lane Nurseries is an Attachment Led Nursery, based in the heart of Milngavie and Hogganfield, specialising in the care of children aged 0-5 years old, the most formative years of a child’s life. There is a wealth of research to indicate the environment a child is exposed to, in the very earliest of years, has an impact on how they develop cognitively, emotionally, and socially, which they take with them through into adulthood.

Qualities and Characteristics
- Have a fascination and curiosity in the development of children
- Be an outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic person with the ability to have fun
- Demonstrate compassion, kindness, integrity, and authenticity
- Be willing to undertake, or are currently working towards an HNC/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare
