Lead Consultant – Modern Workplace, Copilot & AI
Location: Remote (UK)

A leading, fast-growing Microsoft Partner is expanding its Modern Workplace and Copilot/AI capability and is hiring a Principal Consultant to act as the senior technical and functional authority across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the wider AI ecosystem.
The Role
- Lead Modern Workplace & Copilot/AI strategy, architecture, and delivery
- Run workshops, roadmaps, adoption programs, and solution design
- Support pre-sales: scoping, proposals, demos, and RFPs
- Shape propositions, methodologies, and reusable assets
- Mentor consultants and help build a high-performing practice
- Stay ahead of the Microsoft roadmap and translate capability into client value

What You’ll Bring
- Deep Modern Workplace experience (M365, SharePoint, Teams, Viva)
- Strong hands-on capability with Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Studio
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure AI/OpenAI Service
- Consultancy or Microsoft Partner background
- Credibility with senior stakeholders and a desire to build a practice
- Certifications beneficial but not essential
