Experienced M365 / Copilot Modern Workplace Solution Architect

An experienced M365 / Copilot Modern Workplace Solution Architect is required to support a growing portfolio of Microsoft transformation programmes.

The role will focus heavily on Microsoft 365, Copilot adoption, enablement and extensibility, helping customers move beyond traditional product implementations towards transformation programmes focused on measurable business outcomes and value.

A significant part of the role will involve working with external delivery partners. The Solution Architect will retain architectural oversight and accountability, ensuring partner-delivered solutions meet the required technical, governance and quality standards.

This is a senior, customer-facing position requiring someone who can operate across solution architecture, governance, technical assurance and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee solution architecture across Microsoft 365 and Copilot programmes
  • Design solutions covering M365 Copilot adoption, enablement and extensibility
  • Architect solutions incorporating Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Agents
  • Support the creation of low-code/no-code agents and reusable AI capabilities
  • Define how Copilot, agents and wider Microsoft components can be combined into customer-specific solutions
  • Provide architectural governance and assurance across projects delivered by third-party partners
  • Review partner designs and deliverables, challenging technical decisions where appropriate and ensuring architectural standards are maintained
  • Retain technical accountability while leveraging partners for elements of project delivery
  • Lead or support architecture and solution-design activities directly where required
  • Advise customers on the wider M365 ecosystem, workloads, security, governance and architecture
  • Support Modern Workplace transformation across SharePoint, Exchange and wider Microsoft 365 services
  • Provide architectural input into tenant-to-tenant migrations and Microsoft cloud transformation programmes
  • Work closely with customers to understand business processes and translate requirements into technology-enabled outcomes
  • Support rapidly mobilised Copilot programmes, which can move from opportunity to delivery within short timescales

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
