We are looking for someone who's genuinely curious about what work will look like in the next five years and wants to help shape it.
Someone who gets excited when a customer says: "Could AI do this for us?"
And instead of talking about theory, starts building.
What you'll actually be doing
Our customers aren't asking us how to deploy Teams anymore.
They're asking how they can use Microsoft Copilot, AI agents and automation to remove friction from their business.
One week you might be helping a customer design their Microsoft 365 roadmap.
The next, you'll be building a Copilot Studio agent that searches knowledge bases, automates manual processes or helps employees find information in seconds rather than hours.
You'll be the person in the room who can connect the dots between business challenges, Microsoft technology and real-world outcomes.
Not because you've read about it.
Because you've built it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
