About the Role
Join one of the fastest-growing areas at Computacenter—our Workplace Practice. You’ll be part of a dynamic, high-trust team pushing the boundaries of modern Unity Endpoint Management (UEM) and Endpoint User Compute (EUC) solutions.
Within defence, corporate, and public sector clients, your work will drive secure, scalable digital transformations—delivering cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace One, and MECM. Expect to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, oversee groundbreaking engagements, and champion secure, scalable solutions that redefine how organisations deploy and manage their technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale UEM and EUC solutions across Microsoft, Apple, and Android ecosystems.
- Design, implement, and support complex endpoint management workflows, including enrolment strategies, policy configuration, and application deployment.
- Engage at a senior consultancy level, identifying risks and proposing secure, scalable solutions to meet customer needs.
- Work with leading platforms:
- Microsoft Intune
- JAMF
- Workspace One
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Partner with application owners to improve deployment pipelines and version control.
- Drive individual projects using Agile & PRINCE2 frameworks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Continuously upskill and stay updated with emerging tools, security trends, and industry certifications.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
What We Need
Core Experience & Skills
- Proven expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM), with in-depth experience with:
- Microsoft Intune
- JAMF
- Workspace One
- Deep operational knowledge of Apple device ecosystems (e.g., Apple Business Manager).
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 11, macOS, and mobile device configurations.
- Proficient in client management tools, including:
- MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)
- Autopilot for Windows devices
- Task sequences and image creation
- Endpoint security expertise, particularly with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Automation skills, with fluency in:
- PowerShell scripts
- Custom scripts for deployments (e.g., GROUP POLICY, intunewin)
- Properties-strong communication skills, ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-facilitating skills, with a keen attention to detail and precision.
- Must be [Security Clearance Eligible] (or prior持ち升等可能)

- Experience with:
- Intune Suite (Microsoft Graph policies, compliance, etc.)
- Workspace One (design, coaching, and optimisation)
- Familiarity with alternate MDM platforms:
- SOTI, Samsung Knox, or Good
- Laptop experience with Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
