About the Role
My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with multiple office locations providing a flexi working policy (option of remote or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel).
My client is looking for multiple Modern Workplace - Managing Consultants, and as a Managing Consultant in the Modern Workplace team, you will play a senior leadership role in helping clients realise meaningful business value from their digital workplace investments. You will lead large-scale change and adoption programmes focused on Microsoft Modern Work technologies, including Microsoft 365, Viva, M365 Copilot and Agentic solutions.

Budget
Managing Consultant - £88000 + disc bonus + full benefits + flexi working (remote or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel).
Primary Skills and Experience Required
- Must be eligible or already possess SC Clearance
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale AI Business Solutions comprising Microsoft Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Viva, M365 Copilot and Agentic solutions
- Experience leading and delivering large-scale Modern Work change programmes, often alongside complex technical implementations such as M365 migrations, Copilot rollouts, or device programmes.
- Experience in advising clients on how to maximise value from Microsoft Modern Work technologies through behavioural change, adoption, and experience-led transformation.

Leadership (Managing Consultant Grade)
- Proven ability to build, grow, and lead cross-functional teams, coaching direct and indirect reports to achieve cohesion and high performance.
- Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders to influence strategic investment decisions in workplace technologies and champion adoption of AI solutions.
