About the Role

This opportunity sits within a leading global innovation, design, and transformation consultancy, operating at the forefront of digital and workplace transformation. The Modern Workplace team helps organisations rethink how work gets done-enhancing collaboration, productivity, and employee experience through a blend of technology, behavioural insight, and organisational change.

Working at the intersection of people, processes, and platforms, the team drives meaningful cultural and behavioural shifts that deliver lasting business impact.

Your Role

As a Business Change Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering people-focused change across large-scale workplace transformation programmes. Partnering with senior stakeholders, experience leads, and delivery teams, you’ll design and implement change strategies that enable adoption and maximise business value.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, requiring expertise in change planning, stakeholder engagement, and user readiness. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex digital change.

Key Responsibilities

Change Delivery & Advisory

  • Support or lead end-to-end business change strategies aligned to programme goals
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities
  • Develop stakeholder maps, engagement strategies, and communications plans

User Adoption & Engagement

  • Design and deliver targeted engagement initiatives to drive adoption
  • Define and track success metrics using behavioural insights and feedback
  • Partner with training and communications teams to deliver a seamless user experience

Client Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and co-creation activities
  • Coach business leads, champions, and change agents

Practice Development

  • Contribute to capability growth through knowledge sharing and mentoring
  • Stay up to date with trends in employee experience, culture, and digital adoption

Your Profile

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering business change within digital or workplace transformation
  • Strong stakeholder management and change impact analysis skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Experience in Agile or iterative delivery models

Desirable

  • Familiarity with workplace technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Copilot)
  • Understanding of behavioural science or human-centred design
  • Experience with change measurement frameworks and KPIs
