Presales Voice and Contact Centre Solution Consultant/Architect
Cisilion is a trusted Microsoft and Cisco partner, combining deep expertise across both technology ecosystems to deliver secure, connected, and intelligent workplace solutions. We hold three Microsoft Solutions Partner designations, 6 Advanced Specialisations and have successfully collaborated with Microsoft for more than 15+ years of which we are part of 6 current programs. Cisco we hold 3 of the Preferred Partner status, 2 Portfolio Partner status, 7 Powered Services and 6 Solution Specialisations. Our capabilities span Modern Work, Security, Enterprise Voice, Contact Centres, AI, Azure, networking, collaboration, data centre, and managed services across these core vendors.
As we look to further expand our Solutions Pre-sales practice, we are looking for a highly motivated and technically capable presales Voice and Contact Centre Solution Consultant/Architect to join our team, working with our customers to help them define, scope, and plan all areas of the journey to voice solutions within our portfolio.
In this role, you will be working with the sales, and delivery teams to identify, scope, present and close new opportunities within new clients and explore/develop new opportunities within our existing clients to further drive their digital transformation and cloud adoption journey.

Voice Proficiency:
- Understanding of core Phone Systems in Microsoft and Cisco
- Deployment and knowledge of migration paths from legacy phone systems
- Deploying and scoping Contact Centres (Cisco Webex, Luware, Netcall or relevant), Call Recorders and complimentary technologies including Session Border Controllers (Cisco Cubes, Audiocodes, Ribbon and Anynodes)

Consultancy Skills:
- Minimum two (2) years pre-sales experience or 4 years delivery experience.
- Experience interacting with clients, listening to their challenges, and scoping customised solutions.
- Experience conducting workshops, demonstrations, and technical webinars.

Continuous Learning:
- Vested interest in staying updated on Voice/Contact Centre trends/developments.
- Willingness to maintain/obtain technical certifications, attend and present at relevant conferences.
Desirable:
- Industry recognised qualifications
- Knowledge of the wider Microsoft solution areas – including EntraID, Copilot.
Certifications:
- Microsoft – MS-721
- Cisco – 350-801 CLCOR, 300-815 CLACC, 300-820 CLHCT, 300-830 CLCCE, CCIE Collaboration
Main Responsibilities
- Assist and lead as part of the “account team”, our sales, customer success and project teams to help identify and qualify new opportunities, answer RFP/RFIs, prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations as well as, where appropriate, scope and deliver proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements.
- Act as the technical authority for customer engagements and opportunities, assisting with pre-sales enquiries, solution architecture and even pricing delivery effort or solutions - working with our delivery and support teams to ensure solutions have end to end business support throughout the customer’s transformational journey.
- Build rapport with both colleagues, our customers and with Microsoft/Cisco in achieving the business goals of the customer while helping Cisilion acquire new customers and grow our recognised consumption of services across our client base.
- Help to create customer and sales facing content for sales enablement and marketing as needed.
- Run or host customer workshops, and webinars as needed or as part of sales engagement.
- Retain and develop technical and sales facing knowledge of the wider Microsoft 365 solutions to support the voice discussion whilst working with peers and management to continue develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- To influence and develop new business as well into existing accounts.
