The Modernization & Control Solutions Manager
The Modernization & Control Solutions Manager contributes to the profitable growth of the Service business by driving the modernization of the installed base and the deployment of advanced control solutions. Responsible for the full project lifecycle, from opportunity identification through customer acceptance, he/she coordinates cross-functional teams to accelerate modernization efforts, enhance customer value, and expand recurring revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the growth strategy for modernization and control solutions activities.
- Identify and develop modernization opportunities within the installed base.
- Coordinate sales, technical, project, and partner teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Promote digital, connected, and energy optimization solutions.
- Achieve revenue, profitability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships and support the growth of the Services business.

Required Profile
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (B.Sc. to M.Sc.) in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, industrial services, equipment modernization, or service-related activities.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex customer-focused projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and change management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, mobilize teams, and make data-driven decisions.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between £76,500.00-£152,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, CLA participation, market typical pay for the role, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
