Job Overview
St Mary’s University Online is seeking experienced academics and subject specialists to join our growing team of Module Authors developing engaging, high-quality postgraduate online learning experiences.
Working collaboratively with Subject Leads and Learning Designers, you will use your subject expertise to develop academically rigorous, accessible and engaging learning materials for our fully online, asynchronous postgraduate programmes across Psychology, Business and Management, Education and Computer Science.
You will contribute to the design and development of module content, learning activities and assessments, ensuring materials are aligned with programme learning outcomes, academic standards and the needs of a diverse postgraduate student population.

About You
You will have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject area (Business & Management, Computer Sciences, Education, or Psychology), experience of teaching in higher education, and a strong understanding of effective online learning and asynchronous online module development. You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised and able to work collaboratively to develop high-quality materials to agreed deadlines.
Experience of developing asynchronous online learning materials and working within a carousel delivery model would be an advantage.
