Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Injection Moulding Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating moulding machines, setting tools, inspecting parts, and supporting production processes. Experience in a mould shop or with moulding equipment is highly desirable.

Job Requirements
- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines.
- Set and change modular tools, typically once per shift.
- Run thermoset moulding processes and ensure consistent part quality.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished parts.
- Pack parts according to specifications.
- Assist with tool setting and receive ongoing training.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Willingness to work rotating swing shifts.

What Your Background Should Look Like
- Previous experience operating injection moulding machines.
- Familiarity with mould shop environments and moulding processes.
- Basic understanding or training in tool setting.
- Experience with thermoset moulding is a plus.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
