Job Description

At SGS, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development of vaccines, biologics, and advanced therapies that improve lives around the world. We're looking for a motivated QC Analyst to join our Molecular Biology team, performing high-quality testing in a fast-paced, regulated laboratory environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform molecular biology testing, including Real-Time PCR, following GLP, GMP and SOP requirements.
  • Analyse, interpret and report laboratory data to a high standard.
  • Support investigations, troubleshooting activities and CAPA processes.
  • Carry out quality control checks and help maintain laboratory compliance.
  • Work closely with scientists and laboratory leaders to deliver testing for global clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a Biological Science or related discipline and have hands-on laboratory experience gained through industry or university studies. You'll be passionate about science, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy working to quality standards and tight deadlines.

You'll stand out if you have:

  • Experience with Molecular Biology techniques, particularly Real-Time PCR
  • Experience working in a GLP, GMP, GCLP, pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or other regulated laboratory environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
