Money Ready is a financial education charity working with over 50,000 individuals (young people and adults) across the UK every year. They deliver expert-designed, high-impact financial education programmes on topics such as saving, debt, and student finance.

Money Ready is dedicated to creating a financially fluent population and their trainers are at the heart of making that a reality. They are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Programme Trainer to join their South Wales team, delivering high-quality financial education across the region.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll work across a full suite of programmes, delivering to a diverse range of learners including children, young people, and adults, often those who are at risk or vulnerable.
  • The role involves delivering financial education sessions across a range of settings throughout South Wales.
  • You'll work face-to-face with diverse groups of learners, with occasional virtual delivery.
  • Build relationships with delivery partners and contribute to ongoing programme development through feedback and collaboration.

Requirements

  • You don’t need to be a financial education expert already. Full training is provided.
  • What matters most is a genuine passion for working with people and the ability to engage a room.
  • Money Ready encourage applications in Welsh or English — a Welsh speaker able to deliver sessions and support translating resources is desirable but not essential.

Benefits

  • All delivery-related travel is covered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
