Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking to appoint a Monitoring and Evaluation Lead Officer
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher with a passion for evaluation to join the Strategic Transport Projects team and play a pivotal role in delivering robust and meaningful evaluation across a range of projects.
About The Role
Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Council by:
- Bringing expertise in evaluation to strengthen our practices
- Developing excellent stakeholder relationships to enable a joined-up, consistent approach to evaluation
- Ensuring the organisation continually learns from evaluation
- Communicating evaluation insights to a diverse range of audiences
About You
Are you highly motivated by the power of evaluation to demonstrate impact and improve services for the people of Bath and North East Somerset? Are you a great communicator with strong analytical skills, who overcomes obstacles to ensure that evaluation delivers results?
