DeterTech are seeking a vigilant and proactive ARC Monitoring Specialist to join our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to become the frontline defence against threats and to handle critical situations with precision and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor cutting-edge security systems to detect and analyse potential security breaches.
- Categorise alarms and incidents accurately to prioritise responses effectively.
- Coordinate swiftly with security services to ensure rapid and effective resolution of incidents.
- Deliver industry-leading customer service, ensuring clients feel fully supported and valued through every interaction.
- Operate within a dynamic 24/7 shift pattern, providing you the flexibility to balance work and personal life while contributing to a crucial industry.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations quickly.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and emergency responders.
- High level of reliability and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
