Job Description
If you're an early bird, then this is the role for you!
About the Role
No two days are the same in care. One visit may involve sharing a cup of tea, completing a crossword, or enjoying a conversation. The next may involve providing personal care and practical support to help someone remain safe and independent in their own home.
We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, adaptable, and able to approach every situation with empathy, professionalism, and respect.
When you join us, you'll agree on a regular working pattern that fits your availability. You'll be expected to be available from 7am-12pm (This can be negotiated under particular circumstances). We simply ask that you remain consistent with your chosen schedule wherever possible to provide safe continuity of care.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
