Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse are a well-established home care provider, supporting older people to remain healthy & well within their own homes. We are a CQC rated 'Outstanding' home care provider. We support clients living across Swindon, Cricklade, Royal Wootton Bassett, Highworth and into Faringdon & the Vale of White Horse with the small villages in-between.

Job Description

We’re looking for kind, bubbly, energetic individuals to join our amazing team of Care Assistants. If you’re passionate about helping others and want a job where no two days are the same - this is the role for you.

As a Care Assistant, the role will involve supporting people in their own homes - helping them live life to the fullest in the place they feel most comfortable. This will include supporting with personal care, preparing fresh meals and encouraging fluids, providing medication reminders and supporting with daily routines, light home help tasks and so much more!

What we need from you:

  • To be aged 18 or over with a genuine desire to make a difference. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is also desired due to the nature of the role. We need you to be able to work an alternate weekend.

To be eligible for an interview, you must:

  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have a full UK driving licence and reliable access to a vehicle
  • Live within the postcodes of: SN1, SN2, SN3, SN4, SN5, SN6, SN25, SN26, SN7, OX12
