We are looking for Morning Care Assistants to join our team to support our growing client base across the Dursley, Thornbury & Yate areas, as well as all the villages in between.
As a Morning Care Assistant, your role would involve supporting clients with their morning routines and get ready for the day ahead and include some lunchtime visits.
This role will suit someone who is looking for part-time hours and looking for the consistency of working days & times every week.
At Home Instead, we focus on consistency of support and you will see the same clients regularly and our visits are always a minimum of 1 hour so you have plenty of time with your clients and no rushing.
As a Morning Care Assistant with us, we can offer you:
- £12.85 per hour during the week and £13.50 per hour on a weekend
- Double rates on a bank holiday (£25.70 per hour)
- £12.71 travel time and mileage paid between visits
- Full, paid induction training and ongoing manager support

What do we need from you?
We need you to be aged 18 or over and have the availability to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday).
Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is also desired.
