Morning Care Assistant

Company Description

Morning Care Assistants Locations: Devizes, Marlborough & nearby villages

Pay & Working Hours

  • Weekday pay: £13.00 (£13.50 for specialised sessions)
  • Weekend pay: £13.50 (£14.00 for specialised sessions)
  • Travel expenses included: Paid travel time + 45p per mile
  • Shift pattern: Part-time, morning shifts (typically 7:00–11:30am)
  • Flexibility: Choose the days and areas that suit you

Key Responsibilities

  • Help clients get ready for the day (washing, dressing, breakfast, medication)
  • Provide companionship and reassurance
  • Ensure safe, happy mornings and foster meaningful connections

Requirements

✅ Soft Skills:

  • A kind and compassionate nature (no prior experience required)
  • Reliable and confident in working independently
  • Friendly and empathetic

⚠️ Essential Requirements:

  • Access to your own transport (most visits are in rural areas)
  • Availability for some morning shifts (any day of the week)
  • Availability to work every other weekend plus occasional weekday shifts
  • Must reside within 20 miles of SN9
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Vehicle essential due to rural client locations
