Role Description

The Mortgage Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Swansea. The role involves processing mortgage applications, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Daily responsibilities include:

The Mortgage Administrator supports compliance by ensuring all files meet regulatory standards and company policies. The role also includes:

  • Preparing reports
  • Handling routine inquiries
  • Contributing to an efficient, client-focused service experience

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with office software and data entry systems, including spreadsheets, document management, and email tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to client and stakeholder interactions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing financial documents, application forms, and client information.
  • Understanding of mortgage and insurance products, or a strong interest in learning about financial services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
  • Prior experience in banking, finance, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Relevant education in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
