Role Description
The Mortgage Administrator will support the advisory team by managing the end-to-end administration of mortgage applications on a full-time basis.
Work can be conducted on-Site, WFH or on a Hybrid basis

- Preparing and processing mortgage documentation
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to progress cases efficiently

Responsibilities
- Responding to client queries
- Providing timely updates
- Ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
- Tracking application milestones
- Following up on outstanding information
- Contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes to enhance client experience
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Services skills, with an understanding of mortgage products and basic lending principles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and stakeholders clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
- Relevant experience in mortgage administration is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency with office software and CRM systems are expected.
