Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Quality Assessor, Compliance professional, or currently working within an FCA-regulated environment and looking for your next challenge?

Whether you've built your career within the mortgage industry or developed expertise in compliance, quality assurance, customer outcomes, risk, or complaints within another FCA-regulated business, this could be an exciting opportunity to build a career with one of the UK's leading mortgage networks.

At MAB, we recognise that great talent comes from a variety of backgrounds. Mortgage experience is highly valued, but we're equally interested in individuals who bring strong regulatory awareness, attention to detail, sound judgement, and a passion for delivering good customer outcomes.

We'll provide the training and support needed to build your mortgage knowledge and, if you don't already hold a CeMAP qualification, we'll support you financially to achieve it. This is a genuine opportunity to develop specialist mortgage expertise while building a long-term career in Advice Quality and Compliance.

About The Role

As part of our Advice Quality Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality, compliant advice and positive customer outcomes.

Taking ownership of your work, you'll review adviser files, identify potential risks and support continuous improvement across our adviser community. You'll work closely with advisers, business owners and colleagues to maintain the high standards that underpin our business.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Reviewing adviser files using our structured quality framework to assess customer outcomes and regulatory compliance
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve advice quality and regulatory standards
  • Providing clear, constructive feedback and guidance to support improvement
  • Working collaboratively with advisers, business owners and colleagues across the business
  • Sharing best practice and contributing to a culture of learning and continuous development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
