Experienced Mortgage Adviser – Complex & Specialist Lending

Fully Remote | £35,000 Basic | £75,000+ OTE | Top Performers Earn £100,000+

We’re looking for experienced, high-performing mortgage advisers who know how to navigate challenging cases and want the lead flow, technology and support to maximise their expertise and earnings.

You’ll receive a consistent flow of warm, pre-qualified customers—without cold calling, self-generation or spending your day chasing paperwork.

Is this role for you?

To Be Considered, You Must

  • Be fully CeMAP qualified
  • Have at least 18 months’ mortgage advice experience
  • Have held Competent Adviser Status (CAS) within the last 12 months
  • Be confident managing customers from recommendation through to application
  • Have the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Experience in complex or specialist lending is highly desirable.

You’ll Benefit From

You bring the expertise. We provide the customers, technology and support.

Salary and earning potential

  • Basic salary: £35,000
  • Six-month earnings boost: additional commission support equivalent to £13,500 annualised while you build your banking pipeline*
  • Salary progression to £45,000 and then £60,000 when performance targets are achieved
  • Realistic year-two OTE: £75,000+
  • Top performers earn £100,000+

This is a genuine opportunity to build a high-earning career without relying on your own lead generation.

Working pattern

  • Two days per week: 9:00am–6:00pm
  • Two days per week: 11:00am–8:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
  • One weekend per month, if required
