Job Title: Mortgage Advisor

Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic, OTE £60,000-£80,000
Location: Fully Remote

Applicants must be available to start on November 9th

About our clients and the role:

Swarm Recruitment is partnered with a leading fintech company revolutionising the mortgage industry. They are driven by the mission to help those classified as unaffordable, achieve their dream of homeownership. As affordability specialists, they leverage innovative schemes like joint borrower sole proprietor mortgages and deposit boosts, providing creative solutions often missed by traditional high street brokers. Our clients' commitment to innovation has led to recognition as one of the fastest-growing mortgage companies in the UK and multiple Awards for Best Broker, voted for by their satisfied customers.

We are looking to expand their team of skilled Mortgage Advisors. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to their diverse clientele, working closely with the qualifying and case management teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus will be on converting pre-booked, qualified appointments into successful mortgage submissions, while also nurturing relationships with potential clients who aren't immediately ready to proceed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
