Mortgage Adviser (West Midlands) | Leads Provided | OTE £80k-£90k
Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser looking for quality leads, strong earning potential, and a genuine long-term career opportunity?
Stonebridge Mortgage & Insurance Network is working with a successful and established Appointed Representative firm in the West Midlands that is seeking a motivated adviser to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

The Opportunity
During the first 12 months, you'll benefit from:
- £30,000 basic salary
- OTE of £80,000-£90,000
- A steady flow of company-generated leads
- Administrative and business support
- An established brand and client base
We're looking for someone who can quickly integrate into the business and consistently submit around 20-25 mortgage cases per month.
Beyond Year One
The long-term vision is to transition into a self-employed adviser role, with dedicated mentoring and business development support to help you establish your own client pipeline and maximise your earning potential.

- Experienced Mortgage Adviser
- Proven track record in mortgage sales
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally based within the West Midlands region
- Ambitious, professional, and client-focused
Hybrid working may be considered for exceptional candidates, although regular office attendance is expected.
