This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Advisor role based in Yate. The Mortgage Advisor will meet with clients to assess their borrowing needs, gather and review financial information, and recommend suitable mortgage products from a broad panel of lenders.

Responsibilities
- Explaining mortgage options and associated risks
- Advising on related insurance and protection products
- Ensuring all recommendations comply with regulatory and company standards
- Preparing applications
- Liaising with lenders and other stakeholders to progress cases
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Contributing to client acquisition and retention through proactive communication, professional service, and ongoing relationship management
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Mortgages and Mortgage Marketing, with the ability to match products to diverse client needs.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Financial Planning to assess affordability and advise responsibly.
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent recognized mortgage advice qualification), with up-to-date regulatory awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused and ethical approach to advice.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases and documentation accurately.
- Previous experience in mortgage advising, banking, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site team environment in Yate, with a proactive attitude to learning and professional development.
