Mortgage Advisor (Trainee & Experienced Roles Available)
Location: Head Office, Norbury, London (SW16)
Role: Self-Employed
OTE: £60k–£80k (uncapped commission)
About the Role
Gordon Blair Financial Services is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join one of the region’s leading mortgage specialists. As part of our expansion, we are looking to appoint Experienced and Trainee Mortgage Advisors to join our telephone and office-based advice team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fully CeMAP qualified (Mortgage and/or Protection Adviser)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed
- Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer outcomes

Working Hours:
Monday–Friday (Permanent, Full-Time, Home-Based Option Available)
