Mortgage Adviser

Premiere FS Ltd – Mortgage Advice Bureau

Location: Treorchy, with support from the Cardiff hub

Working pattern: Flexible hybrid working

Contract: Self-employed with a retainer

Earnings: High commission split with uncapped earning potential

The opportunity

Premiere FS Ltd, part of Mortgage Advice Bureau, is looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join its growing business.

Operating from newly refurbished premises in a prominent position on Treorchy High Street, the business benefits from strong local visibility, regular customer enquiries and an established client bank developed over approximately 20 years.

You will have access to warm existing clients requiring remortgage, home-moving and other mortgage advice, alongside new enquiries generated through the high-street premises.

This self-employed position combines the security of a financial retainer with a competitive commission split and uncapped earning potential. You will have the freedom to manage your own diary and divide your time between the Treorchy branch, the Cardiff support hub and working from home.

For an exceptional individual who demonstrates commitment, performance and the ambition to help grow the business, there may also be an opportunity to earn a future equity stake.

Key responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
