Mortgage Adviser Job in Brighton

This Mortgage Adviser job in Brighton offers a rare opportunity to join a growing, purpose-led mortgage brokerage that is already generating client demand in the local area and is now looking to build a dedicated adviser presence.

You will be joining a business that has grown through repeat clients, referrals, and carefully invested lead generation rather than high volume sales. This is not a desk-based or call center environment. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will manage clients end-to-end, supported by modern systems, strong infrastructure, and a collaborative wider team, while being trusted to operate with a high level of autonomy.

This Mortgage Adviser job will suit advisers who are comfortable operating independently, but who value the support, lead generation, and ethical framework of an established firm. You will balance your own client relationships and introducers with company-generated leads already being produced in the Brighton area.

Key aspects of this Mortgage Adviser job include:

  • Providing whole of market mortgage advice to a broad client base
  • Managing clients start to finish with a focus on long-term relationships
  • Having broader conversations with clients beyond rate and borrowing alone
  • Working alongside an in-house protection specialist to maximize client outcomes and earnings
  • Using modern systems and processes designed to support quality advice
  • Helping to establish a local adviser presence within a values-driven firm

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
