Mortgage Advisor | London, Liverpool Street (Office Based) | £30,000-£40,000 DOE + Commission

About the Role

Based in the Liverpool Street office, you will complete a structured programme starting with six weeks of onboarding, followed by a three to four-month development phase advising under supervision. Progression is mapped through defined performance tiers, each unlocking higher basic salaries, improved validation, and increased commission potential. The role suits candidates early in their career seeking rapid development, strong earnings, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle residential mortgage enquiries and convert leads into completed cases
  • Advise clients on suitable mortgage products and lender options
  • Manage the full mortgage journey from fact-find to completion
  • Work closely with the admin and back-office teams to ensure smooth case flow
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity and completion targets
  • Build long-term client relationships to grow a personal client bank
  • Maintain FCA compliance and accurate client documentation
  • Take part in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews

Package

  • Basic salary £30,000-£40,000, DOE
  • Commission from 15% up to 25% after validation
  • Hybrid 4 days office one WFH (Monday and Tuesday are a must in the office)
  • Potential to move to a partnership-style model (40/60 revenue split)
  • Option to transition to a self-employed model once a client bank is established
  • Clear routes into senior advisory and leadership roles

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Strong sales mindset and confidence in client conversations
  • Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build a long-term career in mortgages
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Coachable, eager to learn and receptive to structured training
