Mortgage Advisor Bristol City Centre, Hybrid

£30,000 Basic + Tiered Commission (13%–35%)

Our client is an established and highly-regarded mortgage brokerage based in Bristol city centre, known for outstanding client reviews and strong relationships with introducers across the region. With a dedicated in-house protection team and a steady pipeline of qualified leads, they give their advisers everything they need to focus on what they do best: advising clients and growing their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on the most suitable mortgage products for their circumstances
  • Manage a pipeline of warm leads generated through qualified introducers and referrals
  • Conduct thorough fact-finds and provide compliant, tailored recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with introducers to maintain a consistent flow of business
  • Identify and refer protection opportunities to the in-house protection team
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all advice meets regulatory standards
  • Manage your pipeline effectively to maximise conversions and earnings

Package

  • £30,000 basic salary
  • Tiered commission structure from 13% up to 35% — earn from your first deal, with no billing threshold before commission starts generating
  • Full administrative support
  • Incentive for referring clients to the in-house protection team
  • Annual bonus — £2,000 on reaching £120,000 paid business in the calendar year, plus a further £2,000 for every additional £20,000 paid
  • 5-day week, with hybrid flexibility — home-based every Wednesday plus two Mondays a month

Skills & Experience

  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • A strong track record of converting leads and hitting targets
  • Excellent client-facing and consultative skills
  • Comfortable working full-time from a Bristol city-centre office
  • Highly organised, with strong pipeline management skills
