Based in our busy Cambridge branch, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing estate agency environment where you'll benefit from a consistent flow of warm introducer-generated appointments and the support of one of the UK's leading mortgage businesses.
This is a full-time, estate agency-based position, working closely with our successful property team to help customers achieve their homeownership ambitions whilst maximising your earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing customers
- Conducting customer appointments generated via the estate agency branch
- Building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise referral opportunities
- Recommending suitable mortgage and protection solutions tailored to customer needs
- Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the home-buying journey
- Achieving sales and performance targets whilst maintaining exceptional advice standards

- CeMAP qualified candidates or those holding an equivalent mortgage qualification
- Experienced Mortgage Advisors looking to further develop their careers
- Individuals with strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent relationship builders who enjoy working in a face-to-face environment
- Ambitious professionals motivated by career progression and uncapped earnings
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes
