Company Description
Kallo Finance is a growing mortgage and protection advisory business operating with the support of the Sesame Network. We are building a professional team of Mortgage and Protection Advisers who want to develop their own client base and build a long-term advisory business, while benefiting from structured training, mentoring, compliance support and established professional systems.
We work across residential and Buy-to-Let mortgages, as well as protection, with access to a broad range of lenders and providers through the Sesame Network. Our approach is based on professionalism, client-focused advice, continuous development and long-term relationships.
Role Description
This is a fully home-based, self-employed Mortgage and/or Protection Adviser opportunity. Advisers can work remotely from home, using fully online systems and digital processes to manage their clients and cases.
The role offers the flexibility and independence of working from home, combined with the support of an experienced team. Advisers receive ongoing mentoring, training and professional support through online systems and regular communication, with no requirement to work from a physical office.
Advisers are responsible for managing their own clients and cases from initial enquiry through to completion and ongoing aftercare. This includes conducting client consultations and fact finds, gathering documentation, researching and recommending suitable mortgage or protection solutions, submitting applications, managing cases, liaising with lenders and providers, maintaining accurate records and meeting compliance requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
