£30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Client Bank Provided
Are you an ambitious Mortgage Adviser looking to join one of County Armagh's leading financial services firms?
We're seeking a motivated and client-focused Mortgage Adviser to join an established and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an existing client bank, benefit from a steady flow of warm opportunities, and build a successful long-term career within a supportive environment.
The Role
You'll provide holistic mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients, including:

Working from an existing client base, you'll receive regular opportunities to generate business while delivering outstanding client outcomes and maintaining high compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Previous mortgage advice experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own pipeline effectively
- Knowledge of the Northern Ireland mortgage market is advantageous
