Role: Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP Qualified)
Location: Hybrid / Remote (UK)
Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission OTE
Are you a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Broker looking to eliminate the stress of self-generation and focus on what you do best—advising clients and closing deals?
We are a global financial services firm expanding our UK regulated mortgage division. Due to continuous growth and dedicated marketing investment, we provide a consistent stream of fully qualified, warm inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide whole-of-market (or regulated panel) advisory services on residential and buy-to-let mortgages, alongside protection products.
- Manage client relationships from initial consultation through to completion, ensuring full regulatory compliance and seamless service delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive fact-finds to assess client affordability, requirements, and risk profiles.
- Liaise directly with underwriters, business development managers, estate agents, and solicitors to expedite applications.
- Maintain complete compliance with FCA guidelines, TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles, and internal quality standards.

Requirements
- Qualifications: Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent recognised UK mortgage qualification) is essential.
- Experience: Proven track record as a regulated Mortgage Broker/Adviser within the UK market.
- Competence: Active CAS (Competent Adviser Status) preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, rapport-building, and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detail in compliant record-keeping.
- Driven: Self-motivated mindset with a focus on client outcomes and high performance.
