As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisors to join our growing team. Job Description
- Conduct consultations to understand clients' financial circumstances and mortgage requirements.
- Assess affordability and recommend suitable mortgage solutions based on clients' needs.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process from initial enquiry to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Stay up to date with UK mortgage products, lending criteria and market developments.
- Ensure all advice and activities comply with FCA regulations and company policies.
- Contribute towards achieving individual and team performance goals.

Requirements
- CeMAP qualification is mandatory.
- Newly CeMAP-qualified candidates and experienced Mortgage Advisors are both encouraged to apply.
- Freshly qualified CeMAP candidates will receive comprehensive onboarding, product training, mentoring and ongoing support to build the knowledge and confidence required to succeed in the role.
- Previous experience in mortgage advice, banking or financial services is an advantage but not essential for newly qualified CeMAP candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, professional and committed to delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
- Willingness to continuously develop professionally and stay updated with UK mortgage regulations and market trends.
