The Role

Working closely with our established estate agency branch, you'll play a key role in helping customers secure the right mortgage and protection solutions for their individual circumstances.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice
  • Building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues and customers
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Managing clients throughout the home-buying journey
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and lender criteria
  • Contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused culture

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional relationship-building skills.

You'll Ideally Have:

  • Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent recognised qualification)
  • Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
  • A proven track record within a target-driven sales environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Confidence using digital platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
