The Role
Working closely with our established estate agency branch, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, helping buyers secure the right mortgage and protection solutions for their circumstances.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers
- Building strong partnerships with estate agency colleagues
- Generating and converting new business opportunities
- Managing customer relationships from initial enquiry through to completion
- Staying up to date with lender criteria and market developments
- Contributing to a high-performance, customer-focused branch culture
About You
We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with exceptional people skills.
You'll Ideally Have:
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Previous mortgage advisory experience
- A proven track record in a target-driven sales environment
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confidence using digital systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
