Are you a self-employed Mortgage Adviser looking for quality lead flow, genuine support, and the freedom to grow your business? One of County Armagh's leading financial services firms is looking to expand its adviser team and is offering an outstanding opportunity to work from an established client bank while retaining the flexibility and earning potential of self-employment.
The Role
You'll advise clients on a broad range of mortgage and protection needs, including:
- Residential mortgages
- Remortgages
- Product transfers
- Buy-to-let lending
- First-time buyer cases
- Protection solutions

What We're Looking For
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Previous mortgage advising experience
- Strong regulatory and compliance awareness
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Ability to manage your own diary and pipeline
