About the Role
Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser ready for the next level? Maybe you’re doing the same cases week after week, losing time to admin, or unsure where your career goes from here.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, forward-thinking and award-recognised mortgage brokerage, where you can concentrate on advising clients and writing business, with quality leads and a strong support structure around you.
The business is directly authorised and has developed a particularly strong reputation in the Buy-to-Let market, having been Highly Commended for Best Mainstream Broker for Buy-to-Let at the Mortgage Strategy Awards 2026. Alongside residential and Buy-to-Let, the team specialises in bridging, commercial and development finance for property investors.
You’ll build on the residential and Buy-to-Let experience you already have, then step up into specialist finance with full training and support. As technology increasingly handles straightforward cases, specialist expertise is becoming one of the most valuable skills an adviser can have.
You’ll be joining an experienced team with an excellent infrastructure already in place. Advisers benefit from a steady flow of quality leads, in-house protection support, a dedicated Compliance Officer, admin support, and a bespoke CRM system that takes the admin burden off your plate so you can spend your time advising.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
