An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
Join a well-established, professional financial services firm operating across the UK, providing bespoke protection solutions to a diverse client base.
As a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, you will provide tailored mortgage and protection advice while managing client cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
This full-time role offers hybrid working options, salary range of A GBP 25,000 - A GBP 35,000 and benefits.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Assessing clients' financial circumstances, affordability, and objectives to identify suitable mortgage and protection options.
- Researching products and lending criteria across a range of lenders.
- Completing client fact-finds and gathering the required supporting information.
- Preparing and submitting mortgage applications and supporting documentation.
- Managing cases throughout the application process through to completion.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients, lenders, and relevant stakeholders.
- Providing clear and timely updates throughout each case.
- Ensuring advice and case management meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

What We Are Looking For
- Approx. 2 years of relevant mortgage experience.
- Background in Buy-to-Let, Portfolio Landlords, and Professional Investors.
- CeMAP qualification, but candidates without it may be considered if they have relevant experience.
- Knowledge of affordability assessments, lending criteria, and mortgage and protection products.
- Understanding of the UK mortgage market, lender products, and FCA regulatory requirements.
- Ability to use CRM systems and digital tools for research, record keeping, and client communication.
- Experience within financial services would be preferred.
