Are you a confident, ambitious sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re growing our Mortgage Advisory team and looking for driven individuals with 6 months–1 year of sales experience who are hungry to learn, grow, earn, and build a successful career in one of Dubai’s most dynamic financial markets.
If you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, closing deals, and working towards ambitious targets, this could be your next move.
What you will do:
As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll become a trusted point of contact for clients looking to finance their property journey.
You’ll:
- Build and develop strong client relationships
- Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Understand clients’ financial needs and objectives
- Recommend suitable mortgage and financing solutions
- Guide clients through the mortgage application journey from start to finish
- Work closely with banks, lenders, and internal teams
- Manage client documentation and applications with accuracy
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful transactions
- Work towards and exceed individual sales targets

What we are looking for:
You don't need years of mortgage experience, we're looking for potential, personality, and sales ability. You should have:
- 6 months–1 year of sales experience in mortgages, banking, financial services, real estate, luxury sales, or another target-driven environment
- A confident and engaging communication style
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A natural ability to connect with people and build trust
- A competitive, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong English communication skills
- A genuine interest in building a career within financial services
- The ability to work on-site in Dubai
