Mortgage Advisor - Self Employed - Home Working + Leads provided
PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking fully qualified (CeMAP 123) Mortgage & Protection Brokers to join a long-established (50+ years) firm linked to PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.
About the Firm
- A 150+ advisor business based in the South
- Operates as a Direct Access (DA) business

Compensation
- £60K-£90K realistic year one OTE
- High-quality, warm leads (10-15 leads per month)
- 250k average loan sizes
- Competitive commission splits - Leads provided we pay 50% of 97% of the GROSS (not after network retention)
- Initial support package of £2,000 per month for your first 4 months
- Commission paid on Offer for your first 6 months
- No Network fees, FCA, PI, or core software costs
- Admin support - free for 6 months and then is optional
- Marketing and business development tools
- Fully remote, work from anywhere in the UK
