At Haysto, we've built one of the strongest employed Mortgage Adviser propositions in the UK: exceptional lead flow, specialist support, proprietary technology, and an earning model designed to reward high performance and give talented brokers the opportunity to perform at their best.

Our exclusive partnership with Experian is driving significant additional mortgage enquiry volume into Haysto and Picnic, our mainstream mortgage brand, and we're looking for experienced advisers to join us in our expansion.

The proposition

Your job is simple: advise and convert. We take care of the rest.

  • 3-5 pre-qualified, high-intent appointments every day
  • Eligibility check and fact-finds completed before handover
  • Full admin support from our dedicated Pre-Application and Case Management teams
  • Specialist Protection Advisers to refer to in-house
  • No cold calling and no self-generation, we will supply 100% of your leads
  • Fully remote working

More time advising. More opportunities to write business. More earning potential.

The money

We're looking for high performers – and we've built a package that rewards them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
