Are you an experienced Mortgage Broker looking for a fast paced, high achieving Mortgage Broker job where your focus is on sales rather than admin? This is an opportunity for a driven Mortgage Broker to join a performance led brokerage that rewards output.
As a Mortgage Broker, you will be working with a consistent flow of qualified leads, allowing you to spend your time doing what you do best building rapport, advising clients and submitting quality applications. You will be supported by an established packaging and admin function that takes care of case progression, document chasing and lender queries.
This Mortgage Broker job is ideal for someone who thrives in a lively office environment and enjoys working towards clear performance expectations. You will handle a high number of client conversations, convert enquiries into applications and have the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through a transparent commission structure.

Mortgage Broker Requirements
- Essential - CeMAP qualification
- Essential - minimum 18 months mortgage advising experience
- Essential - experience working in a high volume environment
- Desirable - experience advising self employed clients
- Desirable - protection sales experience

Mortgage Broker Benefits
- Basic salary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on experience

Location
Office based role in Basildon. You must be able to commute reliably and be comfortable working on site.
