Recruiting an employed Mortgage and Protection adviser for an established mortgage and protection firm based in Stourbridge, West Midlands, with a strong local reputation, over 300 five-star Google reviews, a prominent high street presence, and close relationships with leading estate agency partners in the area. The business has a significant support infrastructure including case managers and technical administrators, allowing advisers to focus primarily on advising and business generation rather than administration.
The company is currently looking to recruit:
1 Mortgage & Protection Adviser
To replace a leaver within a busy estate agency lead source. This role is based within a high-performing estate agency partnership in Stourbridge and requires an adviser who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a consistent flow of leads. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, resilient under pressure, experienced in mortgage and protection advice, and comfortable managing large lead volumes while converting opportunities into completed business.

Candidate Requirements
Infinity Financial Advice are seeking advisers who:
- Are employed or looking for employed opportunities.
- Can build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Are commercially driven and motivated by performance-based earnings.
- Value a supported environment where administration is largely handled centrally.
- Are located within a reasonable commuting distance of Stourbridge.
Basic salary between £30k-£36k with monthly and quarterly bonus structure.
