What you'll do
- Advise first-time buyers, movers, remortgage clients and landlords on mortgages and protection
- Own your cases from first conversation to completion, keeping clients in the loop
- Work with lenders, insurers, solicitors and estate agents to keep things moving
- Build local referral relationships and help grow your own pipeline
- Keep your files compliant and your knowledge up to date
Requirements
- CeMAP or equivalent
- Recent experience advising on residential mortgages
- Confidence discussing protection with clients
- Strong communication skills and a well-organised approach
- Office based 2–3 days a week and work some weekends - on a rotation

Desirable
- CAS - Competent Advisor Status
- Protection advice experience
- Experience within an appointed-representative or network environment
- Experience of working within an established introducer network or track record of building referral relationships
- Current / Previous experience with marketing, events and social media
