The role

Boxx Finance is growing in Scotland, and growing fast

Grown from a Regulated Mortgage arm, Boxx Finance has grabbed consumer attention with its refreshing approach to supporting clients who need bridging finance for a variety of reasons, including landlord portfolio growth, development finance, and even helping clients prevent repossession

We want an experienced, regulated broker to advise clients and place cases, mostly in bridging loans and buy-to-let and residential mortgages.

We believe the successful applicant will earn in excess of £100,000 per annum

You won't need to find your own clients. We give you a steady flow of new cases and leads

New enquiries from our marketing: website, paid search, referrals and our introducers

Refinance opportunities from our existing book will be the mainstay of your daily routine: bridging loans reaching their exit, landlords coming off fixed rates, and clients ready to move from a bridge onto a term mortgage, and in some instances refinancing the bridge the clients are on (dependent upon circumstances)

Your job is to turn those leads into completed cases, and existing cases needing refinancing into new products

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
