You will manage more than 40 leads per month, with expected earnings of around £65,000 in year one to you and over £120,000 by year two to you.

This role is ideal for an experienced broker looking for a fresh challenge, the chance to deepen their specialist knowledge, and the opportunity to increase their earnings within a market-leading firm and supportive team.

The role can be home based, although the successful candidate must attend our head office for the first week to complete the firm’s internal training programme.

What we are looking for

  • CAS status
  • Full CeMAP qualification
  • At least two years’ experience as a mortgage broker
  • Experience managing a large mortgage pipeline
  • A strong customer focus
  • Ability to manage multiple leads each day
  • Strong diary management and time-planning skills
  • Full UK driving licence
